1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we absolutely travel for destination weddings and are honored to document love stories wherever they take place. Whether your celebration is across Texas or across the world, we’re happy to come to you and create a cinematic experience that reflects your unique setting and story.

Travel and lodging expenses are not included in standard collections and are quoted separately based on location and logistics.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

We understand that life happens and plans can change. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, all retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date based on availability.

Rescheduling or major timeline changes may result in additional fees depending on notice timing, seasonality, and logistical adjustments. All terms are clearly outlined in our contract for full transparency.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes, we love helping plan engagement sessions and making the experience seamless and enjoyable. From location scouting and styling guidance to timeline planning and creative direction, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

Extended planning, travel, specialty locations, or custom creative requests may involve additional costs, which will be discussed during the inquiry process.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, all of our collections include professionally edited digital files delivered through a private online gallery. We also offer high-quality prints, albums, and custom keepsakes to help you preserve your memories in tangible form.

Prints, albums, and specialty products are available as add-ons and are priced separately based on your selections.
